I AM NOT SURE WHAT SIZE I NEED. HOW DO I FIND OUT?

It’s easy to tell what size you should wear. Simply reference our Sizing Guide while shopping.

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY LINGERIE?

When caring for your lingerie, follow the fabric care and content label instructions on the garment. 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? 

Currently we are only shipping within the United States. 

WHERE IS MY ORDER? 

While our order processing times are back on track, our third-party shipping partners continue to experience challenges in certain parts of the country due to COVID-19—so you may experience a delay in receiving your order. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, but we know they are doing their best to get shipments delivered as quickly as possible!

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your shipment. If your order is sent via standard shipping, expect it to arrive in approximately 4-7 business days in the contiguous U.S. If your order is sent via rush shipping, expect it to arrive in approximately 2-3 business days. You will also find your order details and tracking information on the Order History tab within the My Account section. All delivery times are based on average in-transit time and are not guaranteed.

I RECIEVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO? 

If you received a damaged or incorrect product different from what you ordered, please reach out to us within 48 hours upon receiving the package. Our email is robynyt24@gmail.com and we will help you resolve the issue.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? 

Due to covid, we cannot accept returns based on colors or if you choose to change your mind. Keep in mind that we try our best to represent accurate colors and sizes in our product photos. We ensure you that it will be the best quality, nonetheless.
 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Please be sure to check for any mistakes and/or misspellings before placing an order. Once the order is in production, we are not able to make changes. If you want to make changes or cancel the order for any reason, please make sure to do it ASAP by emailing us at robynyt25@gmail.com with your full name and order number.
